The 7th biennial ICOPCE 2011 was held from 11 to 13 April 2011, and was a key event in the Singapore Maritime Week calendar. Organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, the International Chemical and Oil Pollution Conference and Exhibition is the only international event in Asia focusing on environment challenges facing the Shipping and Oil communities, and related stakeholders.
